The International Mobility Program Plus (IMP+) is an initiative designed by the Quebec for applicants who are nominated for the Canadian residency. This program allows you to work in Quebec while your permanent residence application is being processed. With a three-year open work permit, this program also benefits your family members, enabling them to obtain work or study permits.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the IMP+, you need to meet the following criteria:

A Non-Resident of the Quebec province: The applicant must be a resident of Quebec at the time of the application.

Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ): There is a valid certificate called CSQ, that needs to be obtained through the Regular Skilled Worker Program or the other option is to have an applicable pilot program.

Invitation Letter: An invitation from Quebec’s Ministry of Immigration, and Integration (MIFI) is essential.

Complete Application Submission: Your application must be fully completed, including payment of all necessary fees.
