CWC Immigration Solutions Inc brings over 15 years of experience serving prospective Canadian immigrants with ethical, timely and competent representation for immigration and resettlement. With branches in Canada, UAE & India, our Global Immigration experts have helped over 1000’s of families, professionals and students successfully immigrate to Canada.

Our Team
Our team at CWC comprises of members who are licensed by Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) which is the regulatory body for immigration consultants in Canada. As a non-profit organization, the Council’s objective is to fairly and effectively regulate immigration consultants with accountability and transparency. Our team members are competent to represent the clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Service Canada and Provincial Nominee Program offices. With vast immigration experience, our team strives to provide assistance to people who are looking for sources of legal immigration information and specialists, and give them the best possible chance of success. Our team is and has been successfully representing clients in complex immigration applications and hearings.
Our members (Gurpreet Khaira, Kamalpreet Khaira and Amandeep Khaira) are licenced by ICCRC to provide clients with advice, consultation and representation with regard to their application with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, matters before Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and appeal matters before all divisions of Immigration Refugee Board (IRB) i.e. Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), Immigration Division (ID), Refugee Protection Division (RPD) and Refugee Appeal Division (RAD).
