Current Oppourtunities

- Provides administrative support & work closely with the general manager.
- Co-ordinate and supervise the CWC-Chinese department by reviewing, improving, and implementing current and new administrative procedures; as well as maintaining policy manuals
- Establish and implement new initiatives and set work priorities.
- Establish work standards and make sure that deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Responsible for day to day activities of the CWC-Chinese department office services
- Checking and fixing administration-related problems and co-ordinate with the responsible person.
- May prepare and proofread correspondence, invoice, and other related material – both manual and electronic.
- Check incoming regular and electronic mails and coordinate with the team.
- Receive and handle immigration-related information from clients and relay the information to the rest of the Chinese department team through telephone, mail, or email, as needed.
- Supervise and train new staff regarding the department’s procedures and how to use the software and management information system
- Addressing and resolving Chinese clients’ complaints and concerns promptly.
- Providing services and assistance to the organization
Language:
· Fluent in English (written, spoken, read) and Mandarin (written, spoken, read).
Skills requirement:
· Completion of Secondary Education required.
· Completion of a diploma or degree related to office administration is an asset.
· At least 1 year experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required.
· Immigration-related experience is an asset, but not required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Must be organized, reliable and have keen attention to detail
· Must possess excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work evenings from 3 pm to 10 pm from Sundays to Thursdays.
