Job Description

      • Provides administrative support & work closely with the general manager.
      • Co-ordinate and supervise the CWC-Chinese department by reviewing, improving, and implementing current and new administrative procedures; as well as maintaining policy manuals
      • Establish and implement new initiatives and set work priorities.
      • Establish work standards and make sure that deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
      • Responsible for day to day activities of the CWC-Chinese department office services
      • Checking and fixing administration-related problems and co-ordinate with the responsible person.
      • May prepare and proofread correspondence, invoice, and other related material – both manual and electronic.
      • Check incoming regular and electronic mails and coordinate with the team.
      • Receive and handle immigration-related information from clients and relay the information to the rest of the Chinese department team through telephone, mail, or email, as needed.
      • Supervise and train new staff regarding the department’s procedures and how to use the software and management information system
      • Addressing and resolving Chinese clients’ complaints and concerns promptly.
      • Providing services and assistance to the organization


    ·         Fluent in English (written, spoken, read) and Mandarin (written, spoken, read).

    Skills requirement:

    ·         Completion of Secondary Education required.

    ·         Completion of a diploma or degree related to office administration is an asset.

    ·         At least 1 year experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required.

    ·         Immigration-related experience is an asset, but not required.

    ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

    ·         Must be organized, reliable and have keen attention to detail

    ·         Must possess excellent customer service skills

    ·         Ability to work evenings from 3 pm to 10 pm from Sundays to Thursdays.

Terms of Employment: Full-time year round work


We are looking for Sales General Manager to join our team and deal with our Chinese clientele. We are seeking for a motivated and reliable candidate to fill an immediate opening position. The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

• Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs.

• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.

• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

• Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff.

• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.

• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team.

• Perform other related duties as required.

Responsible for the administrative operation of office such as: word processing; record keeping and filing; operating telephones and switchboards; data entry; and other activities involving general office and administrative skills
Prepares and submit progress and other reports
Coordinate with case processing department and update client accordingly
Provide checklist to clients and gather documents from clients
Order office supplies and materials
Ensure office equipment is in good repair and schedule maintenance of office equipment.
Arranging and monitoring couriers
Performs other duties as required.
Wages: $ 26.00/hr. for 40hrs/week

• Prepare correspondence, presentations and company’s brochures

• Coordinate with case processing department and update clients.

• Make travel arrangements for international travels and oversee investors willing to invest in Canada.

• Organize conferences and seminar via web or in person.

Wages $ 23.00/hr. for 35 hrs/week
